Bioagricert

Bioagricert is among the leading bodies in Italy for the certification of organic and quality food products. Since 1984 Bioagricert supports companies in the qualification process of BIO products and processes according to national and international regulations.

BRC Global Standard for Food Safety

The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety was created in 1998 to ensure that branded products are produced according to well-defined quality standards and minimum requirements.
It can be compared to a specification that binds qualified suppliers to the distribution company.
It is one of the food safety standards recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative whose main aim is to strengthen and promote food safety throughout the supply chain.

Kosher Certification

Kosher certification, one of the most renowned, boasts international standards, and is obtained following a sophisticated inspection process by a rabbinical body specialised in kosher certification, which oversees the production of a food at all stages of the process to ensure that it is kosher, i.e. conforms to Jewish dietary regulations.

Halal Certification

Halal certification is a certificate that involves a valid, competent and impartial institution to inspect the production in question, verify that all output products have been processed in accordance with Halal standards and only then, issue an approved final certification document. Halal certification is a prerequisite for the production of an acceptable, reliable and consumable product for consumers who are religiously sensitive to this doctrine.

ASL Certification

The ASL has the power to supervise and control both the documental part and the health and conformity aspects of the working environment, for which it has introduced UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification, a useful tool for achieving congruous quality levels with respect to the requirements of the quality levels of the delivery and production processes typical of the Department.
Within the administrative management systems of public companies, reforms and new legislative impulses have introduced the concept of continuous improvement to raise the standards of the services provided.
Therefore, the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 standard can now represent a fundamental reference point for a company that, like Alfaterna, wants to better relate to the territory and its internal and external customer/supplier system.

CEE Certification

Our company bears the CE marking, which designates a set of mandatory practices for all products for which there is an EU directive in this regard. These practices also include the application of a symbol with the letters ‘CE’ (hence the name), usually on the product being marked.
Through the application of the CE marking, which has been in force since 1993, it indicates to the interested parties (consumers, users, installers, maintenance personnel, competent authorities, etc.) compliance with all the obligations incumbent on manufacturers, distributors and importers concerning their products (or those placed on the market under their own responsibility) by virtue of Community directives, allowing the free marketing of marked products throughout the European market.
